Prepare for Visit

1. Bring prior test results including:  allergy testing, lung function tests, x-rays, cat scans, Lists of medications you have tried and dates.
2. Please bring your insurance card and referral (if necessary)
   
3. Stop antihistamines 4 days prior to your visit (they can interfere with the allergy testing) This includes Alavert, Claritin, Clarinex, Allegra, Xyzal, Zyrtec, Benadryl and others. Do not stop any asthma inhalers.
4. Please bring your referring or general doctor’s name and address.
